Glam Plan:
Step One: Choose a coral that works for you-orange corals look best on those with warm, golden skin tones, and those with cool skin tones with blue or pink undertones look best in pink corals. Also, when using coral you should just highlight one area with a bright coral, either lips or cheeks, to avoid looking clownish or overly made-up. Coordinate this with a light, almost nude coral on the other area.
Step Two: Lightly dust the coral blush onto the apples of your cheeks to get a healthy glow. Then, if you’re using a nude coral, use what’s left on your brush to highlight your chin, temples, and anywhere else the sun naturally hits. This will warm your whole complexion.
Step Three: Lightly trace your natural lip with the nude liner, and then fill in the lip with the liner. This will give your lipstick something to hold on to and stop it from bleeding out of your lip line. Use a lip brush to apply your coral lipstick if you are looking for a lighter wash of color, or apply it directly from the tube for color that really makes a statement.
Step Four: Swipe your coral lip gloss over your lipstick for multi-dimensional color and shine. Apply the deepest black mascara you can find to help your eyes pop and balance the bright color of the coral, and you’re on your way!
